Janetta Knight joined NPI in 2011 as a member of the production team. Throughout Janetta’s years with NPI, she has managed the Shipping Department, Sales Support, and the Inventory Auditing Team. In Janetta’s current role as the Claims Manager, she oversees the entire return process as well as the warranty and missing parts process for the sales team. Her main focus is ensuring that all returns, sales warranty and missing parts claims are created and processed within a timely manner.

In her free time Janetta enjoys shopping, cooking, bowling and spending time with her daughters and husband Allen.
